Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is composed of 11 elected administrators and 1 observer designated by the government. A seat is reserved for the exiting President if need be.

Each administrator assumes his/her duties for two years. In order to assure a structured and harmonious transition, the administrative positions are renewed alternately: six positions one year and five others the following.
