Alliance numérique acts as an intermediary with the public powers, and as such:

• Acts, on an ad hoc basis, as a reference organization by supplying governmental representatives with information and analyses likely to support thoughts related to the multimedia and information highway industry
• Allows governmental representatives to meet and exchange with entrepreneurs from the sector and to test initiatives alongside this clientele
